That was cold

Day 63 - November 8, 2007

Woke up this morning to the first day with temperatures in the 20's. Not exactly the most motivating thing to see when I turned on the TV. So, I gathered up the winter gear and headed out for a short run. My two mile run got extended to 3.3, mostly because I wanted to make sure I hit 30 miles for the week. It wasn't too bad running in the cold - I had nice skies again this morning and very little traffic. One more day checked off.
