Heat Relief

Day 18 - September 24, 2007

I think low 50's is about the perfect temperature for running. Crisp and chilly when you walk out the door, but warm enough that long sleeves or gloves are not required. I love that little chill that motivates you into starting. Once you are out on the road, the temperature becomes a non-factor and you can concentrate solely on the run. I enjoy running in the fall more than any other time of year.
