Daylight

Day 93 - December 8, 2007

I had forgotten how much easier it is to run during the day. Today's warmer temperatures and actual daylight were very welcome. I felt pretty good and was able to pick up the tempo for a quick sub 7 min/mile run. I guess my funk is more about the dark than the actual run. So here's to one week shy of 100 straight days!!!
