Day 424 - February 28, 2010
I finished the month of February with 142 miles. That's one of my highest monthly totals and in only 28 days - an average of 5 miles a day. That's much better than I expected. I'm feeling really good heading into March and pleased with my progress extending my long runs. With 4 weeks until the 10 miler and 6 until the half, I feel like I'm right where I should be to have successful races.
Looking forward to the warmer weather that should arrive this month!
