Day 420 on the way to 1000

Day 420 - February 24, 2010

The ice and snow are finally giving way to bare pavement and I was able to run my 5 mile route at work without any slipping and sliding. Other than a couple of deer who gave me a good stare down, and seeing a huge flock of bluebirds, there really wasn't anything remarkable to share from today. But I'm still grateful to have the health and opportunity to get outside everyday. Now that I think about it, having those few minutes out in nature was pretty remarkable.
