Day 179 - March 3, 2008
The weather was perfect this afternoon. The temperature was around 70 and there was a cool breeze. I couldn't wait for work to end so I could get out on the roads - haven't said that in a while!
It was a great run and my pace was smooth and fast today. It almost felt like old times. Here's to Spring!!!!
