Day 183 - March 7, 2008
Amazing what 750 miles will do for the weather. Yesterday in VA was cold and below freezing. Today, in Florida, it was 70 went I woke up and already 90% humidity. Add in a 20 mph wind and it was interesting running weather. One thing I like about running in Florida is the lack of hills. It is pretty easy to lock in a pace and just maintain.
These quick trips make it pretty tough to schedule a run. With the airlines needing you at the airport 2 hours ahead of time so that you can spend the day with them when your flight is 2 hours late really takes a chunk out of the day. But I worked them in and another hurdle down on the quest for 1000 days.
