Good start for 2012

Day 1096 - January 1, 2012

Felt strong today and had great weather for a January long run. 15 miles in just under 2 hours.

I love this blog! I just started my own 365 day challenge and I'm getting a lot of negative feedback. "It's not safe" etc. But honestly, I feel great. I've been running a long time and I know how to listen to my body and make sure I'm not hurting it!

Anyway, thank you for the inspiration. I just started my blog 5 days ago, and yours is such a great example!
